2010-07-28公視晚間新聞(北醫大發現:抽菸.二手菸易罹乳癌)"今天還有一份國內的醫學報告讓女性朋友非常注意！ 因為台北醫學大學研究追蹤發現，抽菸會增加罹患乳癌的風險。 因為女性的乳房細胞上頭，有一種尼古丁受體，只要體內吸入一點尼古丁就會被刺激活化，加速變成乳癌細胞。 就算自己不抽菸只是吸二手菸，也同樣有乳癌的風險。 女性吸煙的害處，又多一樣 ! 國內醫界研究發現，女性乳房的上皮細胞表面，有一種尼古丁受體α9，只要血液中有尼古丁，就會與受體α9結合，形成前期癌化細胞，如果再繼續抽菸等於體內繼續接收尼古丁，長期下來就會生成乳癌細胞。 研究也拿白老鼠進行動物實驗，發現如果抑制尼古丁受體，降少尼古丁的吸入，老鼠體內的乳癌腫瘤就會縮小，研究證明 |
