If an insured person becomes pregnant and is eligible to claim the maternity benefits when her labor insurance coverage is valid, and if she delivers a child or gives a premature birth as a result of the same pregnancy within one year after the termination of force of said coverage, she is still entitled to claim the maternity benefits.
