The closing ceremony of the training camp of the 2015 Volunteer English Teaching Program was held on July 10 just before the typhoon Chan-hom touching the northern Taiwan. All of the 426 volunteers had gone through the training camp and settled down in the schools or NGO unit at the end of the program’s first week
