The course helps trainees to strengthen their business startups and improve their success prospects. In addition to a stellar lineup of veteran instructors from the business and academia to impart their business knowledge, and the basics of running a cafe, the program also coaches trainees on practical brewing techniques and the making of finger food and pastries. The group visited noted cafes in Taiwan to get a better understanding of operating a coffeehouse. The course, organized by Shih Chien University, was attended by 57 trainees from 22 countries.
