The 2015 Restaurant Management Training Course, hosted by OCAC, aimed at assisting Chinese restaurateurs overseas in improving their management… 更多 upgrading or switching startup businesses , and encouraging greater exchange with counterparts in Taiwan. The course offered classes in restaurant management and marketing strategies, budget and cost control, manpower allocation, and actionable operation planning. Meanwhile, trainees visited an array of different restaurants and businesses, where they listened to veteran businessmen sharing insights. This exchange ensured an open exchange of input and experience, and future partnership opportunities. 45 trainees from 14 countries successfully completed the course that was organized by the National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism (NKUHT).
