Other than hands-on courses on creative gourmet Chinese dishes, the course also featured experience-sharing by Taiwan's celebrated restaurateurs, managers and veterans in the business. The trainees also visited Le Meridien Taipei, Yilan Link Restaurant, and went shopping for ingredients on Dihua Street to apply what they learned in the course to practice, encourage further exchange, and inspire possible partnerships.
