【2015 Baking Business Training Course】
The aim of the 2015 Baking Business Training Course was to allow overseas Chinese entrepreneurs to observe and engage in exchange with domestic bakery business operators… 更多 and increase their skill level to expand business opportunities and increase their business competitiveness. The courses includes a visit to the 2015 Taipei International Bakery Show as well as visits to well-known related enterprises in Taiwan including Lien Hwa Industrial Corporation’s flour factory and the Nanchow Group’s frozen flour ball factory, cooked noodle fast-freeze factory, and room temperature rice factory and Uni-President’s bread factory. Famous bakers and scholars from Taiwan were invited to provide instruction in bread and cake making and bakery operation basic courses. This course was run by China Grain Products Research & Development Institute and 52 trainees from 35 countries and regions graduated.
