The Awty Cultural Connections and other mainstream organizations of 16 people visited the Splendor of Taiwan program on the April 20. The theme of the presentation was the plants in Asian culture. The… 更多 volunteers presented the slideshow on the meaning of the four gentlemen-the orchid, the bamboo, the chrysanthemum, and the plum blossom in Chinese art. Master Yang demonstrated the simple but elegant flower arrangements. Guests were invited to interact with master Yang on how to make more aesthetically pleasing flower arrangement. Later Master Hsieh show her mini bonsai collection and share with guests how to start bonsai hobby. Meanwhile, Minister Lin from Taiwan Executive Yen and his visiting group were also invited to join the culture presentation. Minister Lin greeted the visitors and extend the invitation to invite them to visit Taiwan. The whole program last two hours.
