瓶形鏡，鏡面光素無紋(左上圖)，兩側鏡耳是魔羯造型(左下圖)。鏡背上部有一個圓孔可供繫掛用，銅鏡瓶口和器底的蓮瓣紋、頸部的雲紋及器腹上方的雲肩式開光，表現了雙耳瓷瓶的意象。中間兩個長方形方框的對聯，分別寫著：「君子瞻其明」、「佳人視其潔」。
