This lamp is oblong in… 更多 shape and has a lid, having curved walls and a round base. At the top of the lid is a tenon standing out for lifting half of the cover to serve as a lamp stand.
這件橢圓形燈，附有蓋子，蓋上有高凸的卡榫，得以掀半邊蓋，即成燈托。蓋面裝飾著橫條紋。漢代當時流行的多是新器類，如博山爐、筒形樽、銗鏤及各式燈具等，以供應焚香、貯酒、盛放羹湯、照明等個人生活享受所需。
