【"教"賣哥分享】以前，我們吃不完的廚餘，可以集中到巷仔裡的廚餘回收桶，讓養豬人家回收養豬。後來配合垃圾減量，環保單位也鼓勵廚餘回收，有些作堆肥、有些也提供養豬。
有個阿拉伯人在他家門前放了個冰箱，讓左鄰右舍多的剩菜剩飯可以放入，並提供給有需要的朋友自由取用。冰箱是冷的，人情是熱的，幫助"一口飯"變得更容易，也更人性，也許很快，就會有人效法。
