陳兆鳳，生卒年里不詳，為清代晚期宮廷畫家。此件巨幅大畫描繪宮中擺設，其中有敞口琺瑯彩花尊，內插紫藤、桃花等花卉。畫花卉以寫生手法，中規中矩，一筆不茍。花器頸肩交接處飾以蕉葉紋，器身以長方開光為主紋，內繪水墨仿古山水，外填寶蓮團花紋。畫面器物採左高右低平行式排列，旁側透明玻璃魚缸內，成雙成對的金魚悠游於荇藻間，象徵著盛世清平、富貴平安、和諧美滿的景象。
