　　米芾… 更多 (1051~1108)，湖北襄陽人。字元章，號米南宮、海嶽外史、襄陽漫士，元祐六年(1091)改名芾。能詩文，善書畫，行、草書博取前人所長，用筆俊邁豪放。
　　本幅為《宋四家墨寶》冊第十二開，原籤「宋米海嶽伯老帖」，實「伯老」應為「伯充」，即趙伯充，字叔盎，宋宗室，善畫馬。幅中以中鋒運筆，轉折遒勁，露鋒尖利，展現剛健端莊之姿。
　　Mi Fu had the style name Yuanzhang and the sobriquets Mi'nan gong, Haiyue waishi, and Xiangyang manshi; he changed his name to Fu in 1091. Gifted at poetry and prose, he excelled at painting and calligraphy, his running and cursive scripts absorbing the virtues of ancient styles and giving his brushwork a handsome and unconstrained manner. … 更多
