今年推出的四大家系列特展（沈周、文徵明、唐寅、仇英）的最後一位主角「仇英」，即將在本週六登場了。仇英以畫為業，雖出身微寒，但天姿聰穎，少時學畫於蘇州著名畫家周臣，同時也受到文徵明、唐寅等人影響，繪畫成就得到蘇州文人揄揚，具獨特風貌，在周臣過世之後，獨步江南二十年。
In terms of both quantity and quality, the National Palace Museum has a fine collection of works by the Four Great Masters of the Ming Dynasty--Shen Zhou (1427-1509), Wen Zhengming (1470-1559), Tang Yin (1470-1523), and Qiu Ying (ca. 1494-1552)--and is presenting a special series of exhibitions on these artists this year.
