此器為筒形，下方接有三蹄足。器身以金銀片鑲嵌大面積的勾連雲雷紋，屬於蟠螭紋抽象變形的圖案，此類筒形器是一種盛酒或溫酒的容器，應正名為「樽」。
This tube-shaped vessel has three feet attached at the bottom. The body is inlaid with pieces of gold and silver to make a continuous hooked-cloud and thunder pattern, which is a kind of abstract and transformed coiled-dragon design. This tube-shaped vessel was a form of container for holding wine or for warming wine and is more properly called a “zun.”
