這件五彩仙人碗，碗外三組仙人圖畫，傳達一股求仙的意念。一組是飛越清波碧浪的乘鳳蕭史與駕鶴王子喬，一組是長命百歲的彭祖，另一組從香煙裊繞的圖像中，推知應是鍊丹求長生的仙人。口緣裝飾著一圈纏枝靈芝，碗內口緣又繪折枝松、竹、梅八枝，碗心作一正面舞龍，器底以白釉青花書「大明萬曆年製」六字雙圈楷款。

This “wucai” (“five-color”) porcelain bowl with immortals shows… 更多 an aspiration for longevity. One set of motifs features Pengzu, who lived for many years, while another scene is probably related to seeking the elixir of immortality. The mouth rim is decorated with a ring of winding spirit fungi, while the inner rim of the bowl is painted with eight branches of pine, bamboo, and plum blossoms, and at the center is a prancing dragon. The underside of the vessel is written in underglaze blue with six characters for “Made in Wanli Reign, Great Ming” inside a double outline frame.
