陳洪綬（西元1598~1652年），浙江諸暨人。字章侯，號老蓮。其畫早年師法藍瑛，後自成一家。畫人物喜用誇張手法，比例不按規矩，別有一番趣味。
道教福、祿、壽三星，是民間最受歡迎的神仙。畫面三人顧盼相談，左為賜福天官，束帶高冠，頭插梅花，一派雍容華貴樣貌；右為祿星，手持梅花，亦作文士打扮；中間是南極仙翁，禿額疏髮，持靈芝拐杖。全幅傅色清雅，衣紋採高古游絲法，線條流暢。
