雲林辦事處自107年8月起多次參與麥寮鄉公所召開「麥寮鄉公所國有非公用不動產82年7月21日前實際使用證明核發作業要點村長及村幹事說明會」等會議，與公所、該鄉民意代表、村長及村幹事充分交流意見。經公所逐步消化申請案後，目前開立105件時間證明。雲林辦事處與麥寮鄉公所原訂109年7月15日辦理駐點收件及記者會，惟當天有公安事件鄉長前往瞭解而取消記者會，雲林辦事處服務不中斷，仍維持收件及提供到場民眾法令諮詢，截至109年8月31日止，申租案收件84件，已出租15.9公頃。 The Yunlin Office of National Property Administration has assisted the farmers in Mailiao Township to obtain the lease right of state-owned land, and has received positive reviews!
