巡查的用意，是要查看承租人有沒有依照約定用途使用國有土地，本署中區分署已委託群立科技股份有限公司巡查臺中市轄區，該公司將於排定巡查時間後發函通知，巡查人員將佩戴國有土地調查證，屆時請承租人配合現場巡查。如有任何疑問，可逕洽中區分署查詢。 ~~Attention, Lessees of State-Owned lands~~… 更多 The outsourced inspection on the lease stated-owned lands in 2020 conducted by the National Property Administration Central Office is about to kick off.
The purpose of inspection is to assure the lessees of state-owned lands to use the lands as promised in the agreement. This office has delegated GEOFORCE to conduct inspection of their jurisdiction in Taichung. This firm will give notice to the parties concerned after scheduling. The inspectors will wear inspection certificates of national lands. Lessees are asked to cooperate with the personnel dispatched for field inspection.
