原文：「利未亞洲額第約必牙國有狸猴獸，身 上截如狸… 更多 下截如猴，色如瓦灰，重腹如皮囊，遇獵人逐之，則藏其子于皮囊内，窟於樹木中，其樹徑約三丈餘。」

“This creature can be found in Ethiopia. Its upper body looks like a raccoon, and its lower half looks like a monkey. It has a steely grey pelt and a pouch on its belly. It will hide its young inside when escaping from hunters. It builds its nest in a big tree.”
