感謝捐贈者無私的胸懷，也邀請社會大眾共享文化資產。這次展出的作品以活動於臺灣的書畫家為主，包括黃君璧（1898-1991）、臺靜農（1902-1990）、林玉山（1907-2004）、王壯為（1909-1998）、傅狷夫（1910-2007）、姚夢谷（1912-1993）、江兆申（1925-1996）等七位。
