2018 Compatriot Youth Taiwan Culture Study Program To encourage teen compatriots to understand Taiwan’s multiculturalism and development, the Overseas Community Affairs Council(OCAC) invited 17 overseas… 更多 compatriots from several counties to join the 2018 Compatriot Youth Culture Study Program, undertaken by National Taichung University of Education. The program included Taiwan culture, history, literature, folklore, and Hakka culture.
