＃打造創新實驗空間＃加速發展金融科技
＃礦業法修正＃落實原住民族知情同意權… 更多時代力量黨團於今（3/21）日黨團會後記者會上，公布兩項法案：《礦業法部分條文修正草案》及《金融科技發展與創新實驗條例草案》，總召徐永明首先表示，《礦業法》昨天在經濟委員會有蠻多的討論，召委也承諾本會期一定會排案審查。黨團版的修正條文主要是討論礦業法規範結構太偏向礦業發展，甚至有圖利財團之嫌，對國土、環境和當地居民均造成很大的影響，尤其許多礦區在原住民族土地上，和原基法所揭示之原住民族土地及其自然資源之權利有衝突。《金融科技發展與創新實驗條例草案》（FinTech）的提出，則是希望在這部法案的支持下，能快速、兼顧市場需求，並加速科技發展的可行性，為我國金融科技發展打造一個良好的環境。也希望財政委員會能排入議程，和行政院及其他委員的版本共同來審查，加速立法。新聞稿全文：https://goo.gl/9ZFsyz 時代力量黨團
