【在供應鏈混亂下，塞港仍在世界各地發生，雖然鹽田港已經清除6月份新波疫情下阻塞，但以香港為例，有高達67%的船隻在港外等候泊靠，上海亦有51%船舶等待中，據統計約有10%的全球運能在塞港中被占用；而開發中國家與中小企業(SME)已受到高運價打擊，近期於聯合國貿易和發展委員會(UNCTAD)研討會中，指出相對於大型航商、聯盟與船代獲利，開發中國家與中小企業供應鏈完全崩盤，除了遭受邊緣化，也無法在艙位與運價中競爭，連最大出口國-中國的託運人，仍須付出更高運價以出口至歐美。UNTCAD公平交易與消費政策處(Competition and Consumer Policies Branch)處長Teresa Moreira指出，其中不排除市場濫用可能，而政府可暫時控制價格極端上揚避免產負面影響；全球託運人協會則指出，政府部門監督能力有限，在未來需要的是，新型契約、更透明的市場、高效能港口解決方案，而數位化將是重點之一。】詳細請參閱來源連結:
