【世界銀行近期報告指出，在評估目前主要替代能源(包含溫室氣體排放、對環境影響、技術與經濟性、操作安全及穩定性等)，認為在考量IMO 2030溫室氣體政策以及巴黎協議下，船舶更應多使用氫能與氨能，而由於氫氣裝載技術門檻與成本較高，相較之下氨能又較更具優勢；另外，因液化天然氣(LNG，Liquefied Natural… 更多 Gas)主成分之一的甲烷，亦為溫室氣體之一，其外洩將會抵消LNG作為替代能源的使用效益，因此世界銀行亦呼籲各國應停止LNG加油基礎建設與補助政策，並持續規範甲烷外洩問題。】詳細請參閱來源連結:
