透過工研院與中華郵政合作，打造｢#中華郵政ｉ郵箱｣
24小時、自動化服務，解決無法在家收件的煩惱 首波「ｉ郵箱」在台北北門、東門、南陽、大安、青田、敦南、士林、內湖等八個郵局開辦，明年底將於新竹以北、台中、台南及高雄等地，再增300個據點。

中華郵政「i郵箱」 24小時自助取貨 | 產業焦點

電子商務時代來臨，部分民眾上網購物卻無法在家中等候送貨人員，可能延誤收件。中華郵政推出全新物流裝置「i郵箱」，首波選定在北區八處郵局設置，民眾在郵政商城或PayEasy購物時，可將指定郵局「i郵箱」作為收件地址，收件人收到簡訊通知後，三天內可至指定「i郵箱」，輸入手機號碼及簡訊密碼就能取貨。
