It features the participation of four experienced teachers: Hsiao-Ying Hu, Chun-Hsia Lee, Feng-Chin Liu and Ming-Chu Hsu. Before they embarked on this five-stop, 18-day tour, the Director-General Ching-Nan Chang met with them to convey his special thanks to them. The first stop was I-Sin High School of Chiang Mai, followed by Hua-Xin High School of Chiang Mai and Khung-Fu Senior High School of Chiang Rai. All of the three stops were a huge success.
