昨（2/1）除了是台灣的新國會上任，國際上發生了一件衛環大事：WHO(世界衛生組織）針對肆虐南美洲的「茲卡病毒（Zika Virus)」召開會議，討論如何因應、控管這個傳播迅速的病毒。南美洲巴西等國已出現數萬染病人口。病媒是埃及斑蚊，感染茲卡病毒除會出現類似登革熱發燒、關節痛等症狀，更嚴重的是：影響懷孕女性，生出小頭症胎兒。小頭症導致胎兒先天腦部發育不良，甚至早夭。目前還沒有任何預防、治療方法。呼籲國人、尤其懷孕婦女，近期減少至中南美洲旅遊、出差、貿易的行程，先靜待國際醫療組織是否有更新一步的防治方式。 WHO網站：http://www.who.int/en/
