國立故宮博物院 National Palace Museum 新增了 1 張相片。2016年7月20日上午8:50 · 缶，音同「否」，指得是腹大口小、裝盛酒漿的瓦器(資料來源：教育部異體字字典)。這件【鄝公缶】是春秋時期的楚系銅器，而鄝國則是當時位於河南的小國，器上有八個蟠螭紋圓形立雕，並以陰線蟠螭紋為地。另外，肩部有銘文二十五字：「唯正月初吉，鄝公（並攵）擇其吉金，自作其缶，其眉壽無期，永保用之。」

文物賞析：
缶，曲腹圓身，小口直沿，鼓腹，平底，兩側肩腹部各有一環形獸首耳。腹上部以二道飾以重環紋的凸弦紋為界，內填以八個蟠螭紋圓形立雕，以陰線蟠螭紋為地。
Round belly, small mouth, flat bottom and two handles on the sides. The lid was missing. The inscription reads the Lord of Liao State commissioned this container and prayed for his longetivy and his descendents to cherish and use it forever.
