The food demonstration was presented by the famous “Chou’s Shrimp Rolls周氏蝦捲 ” chef from Tainan, the historical old town of Taiwan, to present to guests many iconic Taiwanese dishes include Chou’s shrimp rolls周氏蝦捲, danzai noodles擔仔麵, coffin bread棺材板, eel noodles鱔魚意麵etc. Hollywood Actor-comedian Robert Schneider was invited to enjoy the great taste of Taiwanese gourmet food. He also said the Taiwanese food cooking demonstration has lots of delicious food , so he was conflicted with what food to eat first.
