阿緞姐堅持以純手工的客家傳統制法制作各類客家美食，屢獲美食評鑒獎的肯定。近年來有感于客家文化逐漸沒落，便積極參與各類振興客家文化的活動，亦擔任起行政院客委會文化擔頭美食組組長的工作，希望借著義務到各小學從事客家鄉土教學，對客家文化傳承盡一點棉薄之力。
Ms. Zheng Cai-Duan, also known as Sister Duan, learned how to cook great Hakka dishes and won many food contests. In recent years, in concern with Hakka culture on the downgrade, she devoted herself in joining all kinds of Hakka culture promotion activities, such as teaching lesson in grade schools voluntarily. She took the title as CHA’s Chief of Hakka Delicacies, hoping to put as much effort as she could to pass down Hakka culture.
