野生菊花為臺灣原生種，學名為臺灣油菊，高寮社區赤柯山是全臺最大產地，採大面積野放栽種，完全不施肥、不噴藥，並於人工採收後以低溫馬拉松式烘焙而成，品質安全、清香宜人；菊花性溫和，搭配烏龍茶或普洱一起沖泡，口感獨特、風味契合。
