劉曉波先生是「零八憲章」的發起人，同時也是諾貝爾和平獎得主。他罹患癌症、健康狀況岌岌可危的消息，不只是我們，整個世界都保持高度關注。 我要呼籲北京當局，應該盡速讓劉曉波及其家人能夠恢復自由，讓他能夠依其意願選擇醫療的方式和地點。台灣也願意提供所有可能的協助，一切以讓劉曉波先生得到妥善的醫療照護為優先。
