Absolutely delighted to see these new signs from Taiwan's… 更多 Ministry of Health and Welfare and the FDA, which eliminate the useless and unhygienic step of splashing water over the tap in a futile attempt to "wash" the tap. This leaves a pools of water on the countertop, an unsanitary mess and a breeding ground for bacteria. Instead, after washing hands properly with soap, turn off the tap with a paper towel or the back of the hand.
