【港埠經營民營化？】
希臘政府曾是比雷埃夫斯港（Piraeus Port）唯一的港口運營商，希臘國家持有74.14％股票(剩餘的25.86％在雅典證券交易所上市)。比雷埃夫斯港作為國營運營港口，其效率降低陷入困境主要由於側重實現國家目標而非純粹的商業價值，直到2009年10月中國遠洋運輸集團（COSCO）到來，改革迅速發展。
