國有土地的讓售價格，是參考查估當時之市場價值辦理查估，既不是參考公告土地現值也不是依照公告地價喔!! 申購國有土地前，最好先瞭解國有財產估價規定並且到內政部不動產實價查詢服務網網站查詢行情，才不會與預期價格差很大喔!!

It is suggested to review the national property assessment regulations and check the market price on the website of the Ministry of the Interior’s real estate price inquiry service network before applying for the purchase of national land, so that it won’t be very different from the expected price!
