按勞保被保險人家屬死亡之當月起，被保險人前6個月之平均月投保薪資，依下列標準發給：
A.父母、配偶死亡，發給3個月喪葬津貼。
B.子女年滿12歲死亡，發給2.5個月喪葬津貼。
