【閒置貨櫃船數量創歷史新高】根據Alphaliner最新數據顯示，截至5月底，閒置的全球貨櫃船隊已達到272萬TEU的歷史新高，相當於全球貨櫃船隊總運能的11.6%。
韓國現代商船(HMM)目前旗下有三分之一的貨櫃船隊正處於閒置狀態，其中，25%的船隊因正進行脫硫器改造而導致閒置，另外的25%閒置運能可歸咎於該公司從2M聯盟移轉至THE聯盟之相關作業所致。
相較之下，來自台灣的萬海航運與法國的達飛海運(CMA CGM)因管理得當，分別僅產生1.8%與2.3%的閒置貨櫃船隊運能。更多消息，請參考本文來源：
