國立故宮博物院 National Palace Museum2016年10月13日 · 清代玉器流傳至今數量驚人，樣式也非常豐富，而清代玉器如此蓬勃發展，跟乾隆二十五年將新疆和闐納入版圖有很大的關係；那麼，在這之前的清代玉器是甚麼樣的樣貌呢？
其實在這之前，清代玉器承繼了明代玉器的傳統風格，像是附圖這件【玉螭耳水盛】，是雍正年間的作品，右側有一具有裝飾紋樣及扳把功能的螭，看上去非常洗練、俐落呢。

Mountain quarrying also began at Khotan, so jade materials flooded in, Jade carving reached unprecedented heights. Prior to that critical watershed, the Qing jades had basically followed the Ming styles.
