CSIST is too much… 更多 research and production oriented. IN fact, I found too many Taiwan's organisations are like that.
If Taiwan want to transform CSIST to become an integrator/prime contractor, CSIST needs some good marketing/promotion people. "軍火商背景者" is not necessary a bad idea since they are in marketing area if CSIST selects them properly.
One of the major reasons why Lockheed Martin's YF-22 beat YF-23 was Lockheed Martin's promotion team and presentations was better than Boeing's.
