It’s about a passenger, Ms. Wang, expressed her appreciation to one of our colleague, Ms. Zhao-ying Xu. In October 2015, Ms. Wang used a trolley in the airport to carry the hand-carry baggage. Ms. Xu reminded her that the trolley can’t be used in the basement. But Xu noticed that Wang’s legs were infirm. Xu told her she would deal with it in an amicable manner. Wang also said that, “With such a brilliant employee I believe that the business of your corporation will become more booming.” We are here to show gratitude to Ms. Xu and also invite every traveler to share some touching stories or memorable moment in the airport with us. There is a statement called “terrible 13 minutes”, including 6 minutes after takeoff and 7 minutes before landing, the most prone to accidents. When the window shades are open, flight attendants can easily see outside conditions. If anything goes wrong they can evacuate quickly. Emergency personnel outside can also see what happens inside.
