514102153390668 時間：2022-02-18 11:35 【影片畫面令人憤怒，請謹慎點入】　寶寶一哭，就用腳踢幫寶椅把他移到一邊... 寶寶一哭，就塞布到他嘴裡，丟進儲藏室... 寶寶一哭，就抓起他的腳，讓他倒吊式、頭下腳上... 這些畫面中的孩子都還不到兩歲，但是，這些極為惡質的托育人員，卻是用如此極端粗暴的方式與態度來對待他們，不只用力拍打孩子背部、劇烈搖晃、拋擲、用腳踢孩子的座椅導致孩子的頭搖晃碰撞到椅背、壓頭強迫趴臥，甚至還因為孩子哭鬧，而把毛巾塞到孩子嘴裡。… 更多　這些舉動對如此年幼的嬰兒來說，都可能造成致命的危險。我相信每個家長看到這樣的畫面，都和我一樣憤怒不已。　今天我和時代力量台中黨部吳佩芸，陪同這些心痛的家長一同站出來控訴，除了托嬰中心的施虐之外，我們更無法忍受的，是台中社會局的消極與怠惰，竟然成了虐嬰業者的幫兇！　這些怵目驚心的畫面來自台中南屯區華興托嬰中心，其實，虐嬰事件去年 2 月就發生了，直到監視器畫面曝光之後，才讓更多家長發現，原來受害的孩子那麼多，施暴的老師也不只一個... 　然而更令人氣憤的是，畫面中明顯不只一個孩子受害，也不只一位托育人員施暴，但台中市社會局在調查時，卻只處理單一家長的陳情，沒有通知其他同樣也受害的小朋友家長，也沒有再另外進行調查；更過分的是，當其他受虐孩童的家長向社會局求助後，社會局反而還要家長自己提出影片，態度消極至極！　事到如今，台中市社會局從頭到尾做的，就是「只對一名托育人員處罰」，沒有通知其他家長、沒有調查其他人員、沒有公告業者機構全名，面對種種的違法情節，也沒有要求業者停辦、沒有廢止業者設立許可，只輕輕裁罰六萬元。我想請問台中市社會局，你們到底在幹嘛？… 更多影片	oh no …. these are horrid employees who do not love infants … were they arrested for their wicked ways of hurting infants? whether these heartless employees were sacked and reported for harmful inflictions on infants: am sure the employers close their eyes and ears and hearts 🤷‍♀️ after all, the employers will be out of business when arrests are reported … hope more young parents see this clip and reconsider their choices and decisions. (If this clip is from an institution eg of abandoned babies, then the owners or the Minister or Chief-in-charge must be reported and arrested. No one knowing must not remain deaf and dumb ie do not remain silent - do your part to stop these heinous treatments on infants and young children.

我相信每個家長看到這樣的畫面，都和我一樣憤怒不已。
　
今天我和時代力量台中黨部吳佩芸，陪同這些心痛的家長一同站出來控訴，除了托嬰中心的施虐之外，我們更無法忍受的，是台中社會局的消極與怠惰，竟然成了虐嬰業者的幫兇！
